Lumpia doesn't get much better than this place unless it's your dear mother or aunt that's making it and I wouldn't doubt that's what this place has done which is why they taste so good. They've got tunes jamming outside while you wait to chow down atop metal ironing boards. It doesn't matter frankly as it could easily be plastic milk crates these lumpia are so good!
