We had a great experience with salesperson Africa! She answered all of our questions and even took the time to make sure we were satisfied with our decision in the end. The Customer Service ladies Rodneya, Brittney, and Amy were all great! They kept us entertained during the entire checkout process. Definitely would return!

Had a wonderful experience shopping today at this location. My salesmen, Cameron clearly knew his product. He explained the different sales they had for Memorial Day and all prices and options for the different items were clearly displayed. He ended up helping me pick out a new sectional! I’m super happy with my experience here at Ashley Furniture, definitely will return.

Aurelia was amazing! She took the time to explain all the different options for all of the different couches we were looking at. She also let us shop and talk in private so that we could figure out which route we wanted to take. We are loving our new sectional that only took a few weeks to get.

Buyer Beware!... my advice is to check the online price from the corporate Ashley before you buy in store because they are all franchised ownership. My experience was that I saved 25% more online than the store could offer plus 18mo financing unlike the instore 12mo. I requested a refund via phone approximately 5 hrs after I was in store due to online being considerably less. The sales manager Brandon told me on the phone to come back to the store for the refund which is 45 minutes away. I did this the next day. The 3 ladies at the back of the store were the most unpleasant team of associates I have ever met in a customer service environment. They "office manager " refused to refund my sales tax to my card said it was not policy .... long story short a gentleman that assisted the grumpy ladies in the beginning of this was at the front of the store as I was leaving so I asked him why I didn't get my sales tax returned.... he said I should have because it was canceled within 72hrs. He went back and instructed the office manager to do it and she says I'm not doing it cause it's not our policy and if you want him to get it back YOU DO IT and handed him the credit card machine. I got 100% refund now... which is why the 2 star review and not 1. Again just be aware of how much you are paying cause you may find a better deal online and not deal with the office staff unprofessional demeanor.

It will cost you more with these people no matter what. Take your business somewhere else.
