I have bought all my furnishings at Grand Home in Martinsburg wv. I only deal with Jon. He’s the best! He is honest and trustworthy about everything he has sold us. He’s very nice and really cares about what items he sales you and is very knowledgeable about the furniture he sales you. He is not pushy about making a sale just on his behalf. I only deal with him. He also has the furniture from Grand Home in his own house to back up the truth about his sales. He also believes in helping you save a dollar and the best way to purchase what you want. I won’t shop anywhere else. So if you want furniture that will last and save money too, deal with Jon.

Cassi was very knowledgeable and courteous and patient.She absolutely took her time to explain all the different features and all the furniture and let us pick out what we wanted not trying to push something we didn’t. She also explained the extended warranty and how it works . This was absolutely the best expert we have had at a furniture store and Cassi is a value necessity to your store . Thanks we will be back. And financing was fast and easy with courteous people .

Hello to all! I am excited to express my gratitude for the awesome experience my sister an I had at Grand Home Furnishings. I was searching for higher equality, fair pricing, loveseat or couch that met my health issues, as well. Cassi Rose met me with a pleasant smile and warm welcome. She cared sincerely with the concerns and list of items needed to meet our needs. Cassi was attentive to my request and showed a couple of choices. Cassi stayed with us as remotes were involved with the headrest and lower lumbar support. Physical health choice was made immediately. We chose the couch being 88 inches long for same price as the loveseat was with two recliners! Color choice: we both were excited about our selection, "mushroom"! It only gets better!! Sale was half price!!! My savings, I then had it delivered for a fair pricing and they will move the old one included in that price too! Move it to the curbside or to my garage 👍. Then a warranty was a must with me. To no disappointment again, I chose their fair price with outstanding warranty! Then they will deliver in the same week. Thank you Cassi Rose for my perfect choice! Your personality and sincere concern for my physical health as well made my choice locked in for 18 months NO INTEREST! Thank you for the GREAT experience.
