This was my first time buying a new car and I was nervous about the experience before going in. I was referred to Joaquin and he made all my worries go away! He was so nice, patient, and professional. He helped me get a great deal on my trade in and explained everything very well. I was overall happy and satisfied with my experience with him and will definitely refer him to friends and family as well as see him again for my next car! Erik was also awesome! I was scared beforehand having to fill out a ton of paperwork but Erik had everything prepared and went through everything quickly! I was also impressed to sign on a tablet instead of all paper too! Although it was a faster experience, he was very informative and explained everything to me nicely. He threw in some humor throughout his professionalism and that just topped off my great experience there! I would love to have Erik help me out the next time I get a car as well, he was the best! Compared to my experience at another dealership, I love AV Chevy! You guys have an awesome staff, amazing cars, and everything inside was very clean and organized. Dennis was great!! It was not easy for him to find a vehicle that met all my needs. He maintained a positive can do attitude the entire time! He searched his entire inventory to find vehicles for me to look at and found the perfect one! The knowledge and personal experience of Dennis and his supervisor made a huge difference in helping my family move into a new vehicle. So happy I chose to purchase a vehicle with them. Financing was easy, no haggling and the paperwork process was the fastest I have ever encountered buying a car. I bought a 2022 chevy bolt in this dealership a few days ago. My boyfriend bought his car here awhile back and he let them know that I am interested to get a 2022 chevy bolt but they did not have it at that time. Last Monday, they called and notify us that they have one in the lot. Mr. James Henry and Mr. James Gonzalez were very helpful and tried their best to cater to me. The car was fully charged and all ready when I picked it up. They also stayed way past their work hours to wait for us to get to the dealership. I really appreciate them working with me.

I appreciated all staff members working together to make purchasing process smooth and easy. I loved James being completely honest and down-to-earth with me. He greeted me when I came to the dealership. James and I took a small tour around the parking lot l, and he asked me what I was looking for and what I liked.
