I was told a product I ordered that there were 2 in stock equalling $345. + tax. I sent someone to pick up order & then informed, not available. I prepaid, when I called and was informed out of stock, they then said order was not charged to my credit card. WRONG, they did charge me for product. I now can not believe it will be an easy fix. You do not even know your stock, policies are not followed. You look good for false sales. I am in product & service industry, I know of difficulties, but I do not out right lie.

If you need the print services department, just hope and pray you get someone that wants to help you, and knows what they’re doing. Because they don’t all want to work or know what they are doing. Keep your fingers crossed. Also, its weird that there are no follow up messages for the positive or negative comments. The owners must be ok with negative staff and comments.
