I had to return an item. There was a customer in front of me being helped and two other employee talking. When they were done they asked if I needed help. Since I was on the line I thought that was obvious. She didn't let me get my return out of the bag before she asked me 3 times if I had the credit card I used. I told her I don't know if I charged it g>ve me a minute. Ends up I paid cash. When I asked if since I used a coupon do I get it back. Not only did she sayno, the eomanbwct to her that made like I wasn't there 5 minutes ago, stopped doing what she was doing to jump in and answer my question as if I didn't understand no from the first woman. After my transaction I went in the store to make a purchase worth over $250.00 as a gift. I thought about it and left and purchased it at Target, cheaper and the cashier was friendly. Maybe this is why the store was empty on a Saturday. Hire nicer people and you might be able to stay in business.

Like the staff like the store , but product placement and stocking is terrible. Plus very rarely are products labeled the right price. aslo in the bedding dept there is almost no queen size items, and they never restock or at least it doesn't feel that way.

I bought a product and went to return immediately without stepping out of the store as I found a better one on Amazon and the lady over the counter asked for my ID and i asked why do you need my id she said it’s mandatory that i have to show my id for return. I have the receipt with me, I didn’t open the package and i did not even step out of the store if you guys are requesting for id for every return even after having the original receipt not sure how the business will run. Never going to shop again worst experience ever

Love this store. Always clean. Everything is presented in a way you want to buy it all. So many items to choose from. Their selection is huge. Always something that will catch your eye, so hard to choose that you wind up buying …
