My experience here was absolutely great! Nina in the Woodbridge office did a wonderful job listening to my needs and showing me options. She even offered a few pointers in decorating to help seal the deal! The credit approval process was also really easy and I found out in less than 5 minutes what I approved for. I think the price was fair and it took less than 20 minutes for delivery to set everything up. Probably will be back for bedroom furniture!

Terrible customer service. Ordered a mattress during the pandemic. When we got it, it didn't feel like it was the right one. We ordered a plush, but it felt firm. Thought it needed a little breaking in, but that wasn't the case. Got in touch with customer service. Were asked to take pictures of tags on mattress, but whoever delivered it had removed the tags. Said they would send someone out to look at it, but never did. Tried getting back in touch with customer service rep we had originally talked to, but he wouldn't take our calls. Now we're stuck with an uncomfortable bed.

After dealing with a nightmare at another furniture store with our furniture delivery being pushed back over and over, Sande at R&F was a savior! He understood what I was looking for and only showed me in-stock options as I asked. I didn’t want to deal with the waiting anymore. Our furniture was delivered within a few days and everything was perfect! He was a pleasure to work with and we will definitely be back for some summer patio furniture!

First, they will open and inspect your items to deliver to be sure they meet our high quality standards. Then, they will place their furniture in their home and assemble them in the room of their choice.
We will only remove your old mattress and bed base with the purchase of a new mattress and base. To remove other old furniture, we suggest you contact a local charity or similar organization.
