The place is overall dirty looking primarily because of the floor. Ordered the Longhorn and the Chop steak for our table. LongHorn wasn't as good as it looks on the site (of course it never is) and the meat was a little tough for my palette. The Mac N cheese side was just dry. Went there to try it once. It's more of a diner feel than a steak house. If you are a steak connoisseur, this is not the place to visit for it.

This place is ALWAYS GOOD. It's obvious management is training and QAing properly. Food and service are always on point. I always have steaks. Only had a small issue once, and the manager went nuts making sure it was rectified, way beyond what should make even an a-hole customer happy.

My 22 oz. Longhorn steak was cooked to perfection. The mushroom and cheddar cheese appetizer (with a crunchy topping) is very tasty- I would order again. Same with the chicken wings which were tender and juicy. The decor is very interesting and comforting. Just the right amount of warm light to see your food. and menu. The crew was constantly cleaning adjacent areas even using their cellphone flashlights to see under tables to insure they didn't miss anything.
