Marie is a treasure. I went with my father to address multiple aspects...changing his phone number to another phone (his is obsolete), changing the name on the account, updating information, removing a line and transferring to paper billing for his ease. She was polite, caring and patient the entire time and addressed every aspect perfectly. We left with every concern taken care of, everything understandable and at ease.
