Overall happy with the service here. I do perform much of my own maintenance/repairs and typically try to avoid dealerships but if I need help or something is outside of my capabilities they are nearby, convenient and trustworthy. We are a Toyota family so both my wife and I have been coming here for years. The service manager, Robert Swiatek has always been professional and handled all of my questions and concerns gracefully. The customer waiting area is comfortable and they usually take the amount of time that they say with a few exceptions that are understandable. I have not purchased any vehicles here so I cannot speak to that but I did notice the last time I was there they are charging above MSRP for their new vehicles with new 'Market adjustment fees' which I find in poor taste. Just feels dirty to me and stands out when not all dealers are doing this.

Don’t bother coming to this dealership, they force you to buy Complete Care package for 1900$ and a TheftGuard program for 300$ on top of your car price (MSRP+ 10%)

These people are scams, they added theft-guard and protection to the invoice at the time of purchasing the car which is totaling to over 2500$ I asked Nicolas to remove it from the invoice and he stated they are not REMOVABLE and have to be added to the car.
