Took my fiance car there and had the absolute worst experience not only did they tell me my car was done and it wasn't but then they lie to my face and tell me that's how the car is supposed to sound. Didn't realize cars are supposed to sound like an exhaust leak. On top of that they tell me I have a 200 deductible which I knew about but then charge me the wrong amount 1500+ and no one is held accountable. I would rather push my car down past the dealership than have to deal with them again

Very honest. I negotiated the price for the vehicle I wanted and the trade in price for the vehicle I owned. Everyone stuck to their word and the transaction went very smoothly. In my experience this is a rare occurrence in across dealerships.

After agreeing to a purchase price, Michael Sarullo refused to allow to me to bring my own outside financing, forcing the use of one of his non-competitive programs. This condition was not disclosed up front and was a surprise they revealed only once in the F&I office. I found Mr Sarullo to be generally disinterested in my business, unprofessional and deceptive. He is the negative dealership type that is driving customers to Tesla and online ordering. Mr Sarullo can be assured, while I may have been a customer of this dealership before, I will do business with them no longer.
