Jorge Rosales and Oscar M. provided an excellent job removing damage from a water leak that caused flooding in our kitchen and basement. They removed flooring, baseboards, wall paper and dry wall. They mitigated with anti microbial solution and set up fans and dehumidifiers. They were professional in the inspection of the water damage and mold. Their mitigation was successful. Todd Peters was the project manager.

Team Luciano of SERVPRO was exceptional. We worked with Todd (out Project Manager) throughout the process who made the experience smooth, easy, and pleasant. He was always there for my questions and extremely responsive- assisting with everything that we needed along the way. We brought SERVPRO in after having a botched mold remediation from another company who failed the clearance test three times. SERVPRO came in and was EXTREMELY thorough. They went completely above and beyond to be sure that the condition and state of our building was flawless. During the remediation, they also uncovered a previous rodent infestation behind the drywall and were able to take care of that as well. Arnt headed up our remediation and is very knowledgeable and cares about what he does. He explained a lot throughout the process and provided me and my health inspector with very regular updates to keep us informed along the way. His crew was prompt, courteous, and responsible. We felt like we were in really good hands and couldn’t imagine this going any better than we did. Thank you SERVPRO for treating your customers like family and really caring about your work. crew was very prompt and showed up on time and got right to work the crew was extremely friendly and very informative walked the customer through what was being done as well as did a walk-through at the end pointing out what was done and what is left to be done the crew was such a pleasure to have here The crew was very knowledgeable and explaining the steps being done since with the customer were not aware of the issues and how this problem gets handled we had an amazing Experience and Couldn’t be happier
