I placed my order at the register. I know they're busy. But after sitting for 10 minutes and customers who came in after me and ordered at the register got their order before me I had to ask them to make mine. I don't know what happened but she did make my drink.

Follow up review. The only coffee house in existence that isn't open....for morning coffee business. Want coffee before 11 a.m.? You're out of luck. Whoever thought up this business model is genius. Don't open for what is prime time in your business.

They first made our drink incorrectly so my partner politely asked for it to be fixed. But after receiving the fixed drink we noticed it was filled to the brim with ice and it was only 70 percent full of liquid with the ice. We barely got any drink in our venti beverage that we paid over six dollars for. Even when they were fixing the drink, I could hear the staff talking rudely about my partner for asking for it to be fixed. Not to mention half of the staff had their masks pulled all the way down. I will not be returning to this location.
