Mark is an awesome guy! He communicated perfectly, He Help me with my car alignment steering evaluation this morning. I didn't feel like I was in the dark at all. Terrible service. I had a 6pm appointment for a new set of 4 tires and by 7pm I was still waiting because they had not even started putting on the new tires. The older service guy didn’t care that I was waiting and just said I was next. I was the only customer for the last 45 minutes they were open and still kept me waiting. I told them forget the tires and I left without buying them. The guy didn’t care. Take your business someplace better.

Check your fuse first. If that doesn't solve the issue, the laser may be out of focus in the CD drive and that would require you to take to dealer. Since this is related to a battery change, it very well could be fuse. Best of luck!

Yes, it’s a Pep Boys Tire and Service Center with mechanics for your car but you can’t just buy parts or products for self-service here.
It’s not closing. It is open for an oil change, repairs and for new tires but you can’t buy parts or products directly for self-service.
