I searched and interviewed 6 different assisted living homes, and Pacifica was the clear stand-out. As soon as you walk in there are smiling staff to greet you. It looks like a beautiful, bright home! I was very particular in finding the right place for my Mom, so I talked to many of the staff and toured the facility. The Community Relations Director, Georgianna "Georgi" Mendez was SO personable, informative and candid with me. I could tell that she, along with the rest of the staff really enjoyed working there. That says a lot. More importantly, as we toured, I could see the residents enjoying themselves as well. There were no people sitting lifelessly in a hallway, everyone was engaged in some way or another and looked sincerely content. Pacifica is a gorgeous, well-staffed home for seniors. The outdoor space is exceptional and it all resembles an upscale hotel. The apartment rooms are updated and bright, and I know my Mom will be very happy there! There is a huge sense of relief knowing your loved ones will be well cared for!

Pacifica Senior Living is an amazing community! Throughout the years of working at this great community, I have had the pleasure of knowing our wonderful residents and their families. Our staff goes above and beyond to provide the best possible care for our residents. During this pandemic, we have had our challenges, but, as a team we have managed to overcome it all. Our health and safety is always our top priority. It is by far the most rewarding job I have ever had and I love it! :)

This Company is the most unprofessional and hostile ever to be run for people that are suppose to actually care for people. I was an employee for this company and I was wrongfully terminated for being African American and having Medical Issues. I was never written up; always worked the hardest. I reported to this corporate office that their Admin from local facility, Julie Olmeda, from Pacifica Chino Hills Physically threatened and intimidated me in the middle of my shift; causing me to contact the Police Dept. As a result, Adriana Ferriera terminated me after reporting the incident the very next day. Now I am about to lose everything I own due to the fact I cant make it off of unemployment and I wont even be able to see my day in Court for at least a year or more. Response to Pacifica: If that were to be true. What I stated above would have never happened. The company would not have fired me to cover up their secrets and get away with their wrong doing. There are many types of minorities; all the minorities you are speaking of were Hispanics. Which was 98 percent of companies base. Leaving me an African american; the reason why I got treated the worst. Then lastly resulting in me being terminated for even bringing it up. Just because your one race of minority does not automatically make you diverse, not liable, nor can be used as a justification from being racist/discriminatory towards another minority of different race.

My mother was lucky enough to become a resident in this beautiful facility! The staff are all so friendly, attentive and professional. They seem caring and genuine. The residents seem engaged and content. The site is elegantly decorated with a spacious lobby and dining room, very clean with a warm, welcoming, cozy feeling. It's tucked into a safe & quiet neighborhood conveniently located off the freeway close to many shops & restaurants for non local visitors. Our family is so relieved to know our mother is happy and receiving the care she so deserves! Thank you Pacifica SL Chino Hills!
