Chino Hills Smart & Final has very long lines and the cashiers will talk forever other than that it's got a nice selection of vegetables for Smart & Final

I shop weekly here and like how well they are stocked and actively stocking. I like not only the respectful customers who shop here but also the cashiers and other store personnel but on occassion I have had two different checkers that have been very unpleasant unnecessarily. This morning it was checker "Crystal." She needs to be retrained on customer service/ interaction. When I *politely* let her know to please not add any more items to an already weighty bag she snapped "Then I don't know what you want!" After I put my last bag in the cart and finished paying she flippantly tossed my receipt onto the conveyer belt instead of kindly handing it to me like the other checkers there respectfully do. If not retrained, at minimum she needs proper reprimand and correction. If they keep letting some checkers behave this way they will soon start losing a lot of customers.

My favorite item at Smart & Final? 4 pounds of Tortilla Chips! I love shopping here rather than a big box store. They always have enough employees to keep the lines short. The employees are very nice also.
