A complete dump for everything other than clothes. Seems like they are all now collection centers and ship to their auction hub. What a shame, community is not in mind with this mindset.

When I was checking out out around closing time on Saturday 5/22/21, I had several items of all types in my cart, and the cashier girl took a pair of black prada sport loafers that I found, and said, I CAN’T SELL THESE TO YOU. And with like 12 people in line waiting to check out, she walked to the back of the store with them and was gone for a few minutes. Then came back saying, sorry, we have a new lady working back there and she was not supposed to put those out?!?!! She mentioned “how some resellers come there and get lucky” and how she finds good stuff on her day off. So I feel like she just took them for herself to sell or something. Thanks a lot 🙄 I’ll look at my receipt and find her name...

As far as Goodwill's are concerned, the prices here are terribly high. Some items I picked out are within 60-90% of Amazon prices for damaged or incomplete items. Definitely not worth it until they lower prices, at least to the same level as every other goodwill I have been to from San Fran to Sacramento. Staff seems unwilling to help, unfortunately.

Donations are frequently closed because of overcapacity. Just echoing other reviews. I’ve been turned away at least three times. While I have had success… Don’t get your heart set on donating particularly late in the day. Note: this is not a commentary on the quality of the store.

Drop off opens at 10, and closes when they are full (usually around noon), so best to arrive early.
Goodwill does not pick up call Salvation army
Goodwill hasn't picked up for decades. I'd rather donate ANYWHERE else.
