A great cause and good thing to do, but be aware they use your phone number and will call you DAILY if you haven't scheduled. I've gone as far as to tell the person on the other end, after having yet another business call rudely interrupted by them, that I wouldn't donate blood again until they stopped calling. Yet it continues. Blocked number, and unfortunately I'm just not enthused about going back. I'm sure I will, it's just extremely frustrating. They're worse than Comcast!

Did not enjoy the condescending woman who was screening me for my blood draw. I found her to be aggressive, cold and presumptuous. Enough to not reschedule donating when my BP was out of range. It's worth noting that if you're hostile to the people whose vitals you're taking, they might be elevated.

I have no problem with the actual in person staff or services at this location. What I have a problem with is the fact that they refuse to stop calling me incessantly every day asking me to donate again. While I would love to be a regular blood donor, I happen to be pregnant right now, meaning that I cannot give blood. I have told 3 different representatives over the phone that I can't give right now and to stop calling and it makes no difference. I had to block their number. Its unfortunate because I want to give blood, but every time that number pops up on my phone after I told them to stop calling it seriously makes me consider never giving blood again. Stop acting like worst kind of telemarketers!

I've donated platelets here about 50 times and every single time the staff has made me feel like a hero. I just sit there, watch Netflix and let the machine do all the work but I always leave feeling like I did something meaningful. It's a bit uncomfortable sitting still for an hour but I've gotten used to it and it's no big deal.
