Thankfully our loved one made arrangements in advance for cremation with Neptune society. Initial contact was very helpful and easy. The only problem was that our initial contact was out ill and when called to inquire about picking up remains left us hanging. It took 3+ phone calls and call to headquarters for us to even get someone who could help us. This was a Friday, and the ceremony was on Sunday. Once we were able to speak to someone it went smoothly. pick up was on Friday during the busiest traffic time. Family ceremony went well.

This was something that we've been talking about for years and finally made the call. The representative was personable and was a no pressure sales person. It was a simple process at a reasonable price. I'm relieved that our kids won't have to worry about doing anything when we pass.

We were provided with excellent information regarding the Neptune Society and its services. There was no sense of "marketing" in the informational meeting and once our decision was reached the follow-up was low-key and quite professional.

My sister told me about Neptune and I am so glad she did. Getting the process going took a little time to find the right contact and for me to warm up to dealing with, but once I did, it was set up and handled within a couple days. Karyn was so lovely and compassionate to my needs. It was wonderful having her come to my home so I could be as comfortable as possible while sharing my concerns for end of life and my remains. I received a letter about the planning kit to come and I look forward to filling it up with my wishes to make this as easy as possible for my loved one. Ashes on Turkey back!
