Love it here! Suite felt like a cozy little apartment. I wish I could bring the bathroom mirror home with me LOL. It was quite a comfortable and pleasant atmosphere. The Staff were nice and helpful when needed. The hotel is big, with its own restaurant and Starbucks attached, which is convenient. Not to mention it’s a short drive away from shopping areas, other restaurants and movie theaters. There’s a free buffet breakfast station along with an omelette station that serves made to order omelettes of course. For your safety, No one can get passed the 1st floor using the elevator without a hotel keycard and hotel management conducts room checks at least once throughout your stay. I 100% recommend and will definitely be returning for future stays.

We called and ahead and paid for our room around 5 hours ahead of arriving to check in. However, when we arrived around 6pm, we were told that we would have to wait another 15 to 30 minutes for the room to be cleaned. When we asked if we could be checked into a separate room, and were able to, we received a room that was unclean and with noticeable growth in the shower. When we further asked about possible solutions, we received no assistance. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, and am astonished that this level of quality is allowed by any Hilton member.

Beautiful hotel that sits on the Connell business park now renamed The Park. Like all Embassy Suites each room offers sofa/ kitchen area and the bedroom area. These are spacious and nicely decorated for the price point. Included in the stay are a free breakfast buffet (oatmeal, fresh fruit, bagels, coffee, etc and an omelette station) which are good and quality does vary of some offerings based on the time you eat. They also give a complimentary drink for each adult per/ night of your stay. This is a nice touch and you can upcharge if you’d like top shelf brands. Lots of common areas for working which is the top priority here for most guests. There is also a full Starbucks on site and a great reading area in front of the shop. The pool area could use a little love, but all in all the Staff was very courteous, the property was very clean, and all in all I would highly recommend it!

From when you first walk in you feel like your walking into luxury, the lobby is beautiful. The place is huge so u will get turned around looking for your room but you'll get the hang of it. Stepping into our room for the first time we had huge smiles on our faces. Every single thing u need is in that room. The space was everything. The bed was so comfortable. The shower was huge. This trip happened to be a get outta ny but not go to far, relax and unwind type of trip and embassy definitely helped with that. The pool is a lil on the small side and u definitely have to time going just right to avoid it being packed but the water and ambiance is amazing. The continental breakfast was so delicious. They had everything you could think of. We will definitely be coming back and I absolutely recommend a stay here for at the very minimum a weekend.
