Long term rates?

Hotel is in the middle of rural area in the middle of a massive corporate Business Park, +20 miles away from Newark NJ. It is brand new and very nice. There's nothing around the hotel, but there is a restaurant in the hotel You have to drive to get to shopping, stores, restaurants. My first couple of days was mid week when they jack the rate up for all the business Travelers, well over $200 with tax. Later in the week or weekend it drops down to below $200. The hotel was full the first couple of nights I was there midweek. You can call for weekly rate, but you're going to be looking at at least $1,500 a week including tax is my guess. This isn't a cheap motel offering $375 a weekly rate next to freeway. If they're fully booked for $200 a room or more, they are not going to give you a discount. If they have a lot of vacancy they may be able to wheel and deal with a discount?
