I would give zero if I could I’ve never been treated so poorly upon just walking in
The Klumsy Krafter
This place is ridiculous. They’re extremely rude for no reason at all. They also seem to be very incompetent. They called me to the back without even checking if they had my doctor’s order and then when they figured out that they did not have it, they did not attempt to reach out to the doctor to get it, despite the fact that they claim they will do this for you on the website. I was told that I had 10 minutes to get my doctor’s orders to them or they were canceling my appointment. I left and rescheduled at another location, despite having called off work and wasted my day. Now I have to wait for my lab work, God forbid I die in the meantime. Just overall terrible bedside manner and very unprofessional service at this location, will not be returning.

I was there this morning as a walk-in appointment. I approached the reception and she advised me that I needed my doctor's referral printed and not in email form. I drove home to print the referral, came back 20 mins later, for the receptionist to tell me I was "too late" as they were no longer accepting walk-ins. The level of unprofessionalism in this office is ridiculous. It really took everything in me to remain calm and not stoop down to their level of unprofessionalism. Appointments are hard to come by and their call center is literally no help. Worst Quest I've been to.
Diana Is Okay
I set up an appointment online for 8:45, and I arrived at 8:30. I informed the woman at the front desk that I needed my blood drawn before 9am, per doctor's request. Although not the friendliest, they were very straightforward, quick, and accommodating. Initially I was worried, since I'd read so many negative reviews. The waiting room was a little packed (my mom even heard someone who'd been waiting for a while complain about how I'd been attended to first). But I think as long as you make an appointment, you'll be okay. You do have to pay for parking. The maximum you'll have to pay is $6.00. Parking, finding the office, sign-in, wait time, and blood-drawing, was less than 20 minutes, so we only had to pay $1.00. Overall, it was a good experience and I would recommend this location. Just keep in mind, if you go in without an appointment, expect a long wait time.
