First, don't schedule a 10 AM appointment if you can't start working on it till 12:15. Second, don't take 2 hours to do a 1 hour job. Third, install the wiring correctly the first time (i.e., don't make it a 3 hour job). Fourth, put my car back together with all the parts in the correct orientation. Fifth, don't rely on the customer to catch all your mistakes. So yeah, this location needs to hire some new employees, because the one who did my hitch is incompetent, and he didn't care at all that he wasted my time. The owner seemed to care, but he had way too many fires to put out.

Well, I went and reserved my 10 ft truck on Tuesday evening and use my credit card to reserve it however this morning, this morning I received an alert that my card has been compromised so i locked my card. Continued with the rental the next day but locked it again once I completed my transaction. Service was great and the gentlemen that assisted me for the return was great! Just my card issue that I never had before.......

The U haul personell was very helpful . Excellent customer service. I appreciated it very much. From beginning to end of getting a truck was easy U haul have really come a long ways. You are all about the customer. I like that. Off course customers has to be right as well. Thanks making it easy.
