Of course! That is a not issue, me and my now ex (who did not attend frostburg) rented together.
Some of our apartments are furnished and some are unfurnished. Normally the one bedroom apts are unfurnished and half of the 2 bedroom apts are furnished. We allow cats with a pet fee. Some other animals that stay in a cage are also allowed, depending on the pet. Thanks
When we went to college, we lived in some really aweful places, so we decided to make our apts feel more like a "home" than your typical student rental. RentFrostburg has stainless steel appliances, really nice maple kitchen cabinets and countertops, granite, wood plank flooring, soaking bathtubs, washers and dryers, etc... so it feels like a nice home.
RentFrostburg has 1, 2, 3 and 4 bedroom apts and we have some of the largest student housing apts in Frostburg. All of the bedrooms easily fit a full size bed, dresser, desk and nightstand.
Our New apartment building at 201 University Drive is directly across the street from all of the classroom buildings. You cannot get any closer to campus. Most people think that we're part of the university, because we're closer to campus than the majority of the dorms. Our 84, 86 and 88 Park Lane apts are behind our new building, so it is only a 150 foot walk to campus and it was the closest, before we built the new building.
