Went through the drive thru the Gentleman in the drive thru was nice. However when I went home half my food was missing. I called the restaurant and they said come in we will make it right. I went there tonight 9/22/2022 at 6:42 pm. The Manager whose name I didn't get even though she had pink hair. I went in for a civilized conversation about this incident and she laughed and made me feel awfull. NEVER will I be back. McDonald's will help without incident this Burger King will never get my business again

Cold food, stale bread, dirty dining room for having only 2 people in the place at noon on a Saturday. Mgr was rude, person behind the counter was more concerned with her kids than with taking our order. First time in years eating there. Most likely the last.

It really makes me very sad how they have neglected all the Burger King restaurants in the Altamonte Orlando area, I was with my family and we wanted to eat at Burger King, we went to two restaurants and there was only service through the window and in the last one yes we were able to eat on site. Unfortunately the Altamonte restaurant was dirty, dark and smelled bad, there was no one on site to serve us, the next one we went to was in the same condition, finally and after driving 7.7 miles we found another restaurant where we could eat on site. .., We were very disappointed the quality of the food is not the same they have lowered the quality, I do not recommend that you visit these restaurants in the Altamonte Orlando area
