Just moved in - the leasing staff was very helpful throughout the process. The exterior areas of our building (hallways and stairwells) are very well lit. Our apartment was cleaned well. Maintenance came over quickly when we thought we smelled gas - it wasn't a gas leak, it was only the strong new carpet smell. - From a verified resident on ApartmentRatings

My family has been living at The Elms at Clarksburg Village for 2 years. My experience here has been amazing, as I enjoy the fellow residents and the well-maintained landscaping. The apartments are well-maintained and maintenance staff is quick to respond and always happy to help in any situation. The office staff are all polite but Ms Arva Walker, the property manager always goes over and above to make living here a pleasure. She goes out of her way to be helpful. And she always has a smile and treats residents with respect. She is a wonderful asset to The Elms at Clarksburg Village.
