1 bdrm was 2770.00 per month but goes up 160.00 per month every year. The managers live off site so you are on your own after 8 pm. The quality there has gone down over the last 3 years. Additionally it's been sold twice in that time frame. They have a cook as the assistant mgr now. It's clean, the people that work there are great, it's the ownership. They do have studio apts. It's the best price for the area . The price includes utilities including cable, your apt is cleaned once per week, the meals are also included and they have a lot of social activities wven a chapel gor church services .
I have a direct line to the facility manager that I was given before we even moved my mom in. I have always gotten a very speedy reply to any questions and concerns about her care. In my experience the staff is always very responsive to any questions I have had.
