I have a business with a fleet of vehicles. I started bringing my vehicles here and I noted they were really fast and friendly. I told them that I need copies of inspections for every vehicle for liability purposes since I have employees drive them. I made extra sure I stressed the importance of the inspections. One of my employees told me he heard a noise from his vehicle 3 weeks after bringing it here. I checked and found a destroyed rear rotor. Further inspection found the pads were completely worn away and therefore damaged the rotor as well. There was no mechanical fault or other damage (I am an ex-mechanic myself). I checked the inspections and it said the brake pads were 5mm thick and were checked off as good (see photos). It is obvious the inspection was falsified and never done. I now can no longer trust any other inspection or return to this place because they have no integrity. Also, I called and asked if they were going to do anything about it and they never called back.

Top notch! I was a bit nervous bringing my BMW here for a routine tune up. I usually take it to the dealer but this is close to home so why not give them a try. Glad I diid! Went in for an oil change, I asked them to look at my struts. I did need them replaced but they did not push me into doing it today. Which is nice! Being a female sometimes mechanics can be pushy but not them, they were friendly & had me in & out real quick! Highly recommended!!

We require mask for both employees and customers, and offer them for those that come in without them. We have reduced the amount of chairs in our waiting rooms to keep social distancing at it's best. We offer hand sanitizers for all employees as well as our customers. Every employee is required to have their temprature taken and it is documented , before they can clock in. We have a corporate policy, if you don't feel good and are experiencing any signs of covid-19. Stay home and call in. Once an employee has stated they have covid-19 syptoms , they must have a covid test and inform our HR department of the results, at which time depending on results will be inform as to what measures to take before they are allowed to return to work. Our stores are sprayed on a weekly basis to help mitigate the possibilities of the Covid-19 virus from spreading.
