I made an appointment, was there early, and still had to wait 2 1/2 hours. No one apologized for the wait, saying they were extra busy or anything. If I had not felt ill, I would have left. The long wait was ridiculous. Then I had to use the rest room to get a specimen, and when I came out, no one told me where to go. There were 4 people at a long desk sitting right in front of me, and they pretended not to see me. No one said the nurse or doctor would be with me…they were all just talking and laughing as if I were invisible. So I awkwardly stood in the hallway outside the restroom for about 5 minutes. Then they sent the prescription to the wrong pharmacy. What a frustrating health care facility.

Came in for an appointment at 2. Wasn’t seen until after 3. When I asked the nurse when I could be seen next her exact words were, “she’s one person, be patient” I waited another 30min and asked is there an estimated time? And she gave me the same response.no please, no courtesy, nothing polite. Also she walked away with her up saying whatever. Reaaaal professional children working here.

We came early for my daughter’s appointment and it was around 9:45. My appointment was at 10:30, I checked in but. They told us we would receive a text. We never got a text from them or any messages to go into the appointment. We did a covid test last week too! We didn’t even get our results until today. We’ve waited for a long time and by than it was around almost 1:00. What was that!? They told us we would receive our prescription, but even so the pharmacy didn’t have it. My daughter was so ill that she needed it as soon as possible. I even took a day off to make sure she was okay. People didn’t seem to know what they were doing. I wish this could’ve gone better, so much missed communication. They have to do better in making sure things turn out okay. The worker who are in the middle of the front desks needed some training coz the patients who come in the urgent care are very Ill & needed some care. please be Alerts & do works not just work there for nothing’
