Eric answered all my questions when I called, I got in to see him the same day. I was there for 3+ hours as he patiently went through two boxes of coins, foreign money, stamps, jewelry, etc. He sorted and organized, then went over the contents so I understood what was what, I chose what I wanted to keep and he bought the rest. No pressure, straight up transaction. Professional, kind, patient, informative/educational when I asked questions. This is the best kind of business to work with. People who came in while I was there were treated as friends, and not just customers.

Came in to appraise some old and odd coins we had found. The young man who helped us was very friendly and informative. The other people working were friendly as well. While we didn't discover that our coins were super rare, I did find a collector coin from a longstanding area restaurant that I bought because one of the founding brothers is a close family friend. I really enjoyed the atmosphere and how everything is displayed. Would definitely recommend to others and return with any other coin queries.

They can help but I would call them and let them now your coming they are fair.
I was there just a few weeks ago and all the employees and, or owners all were wearing protective equipment and sanitized the counters after each deal (buying or selling coins). So, I'd say they're on top of it, though they allow customers who wear masks or not, it's your choice and they can get busy but will only let a certain number of customers in at a time. Hopefully that helps you out.

The no mint mark means it was minted at Philadelphia mint. At this time it is only worth 2 cents. There were 1.4 billion cents minted that year at that mint. Thank you for the question. Have a great day.
