Bartz Altadonna's new phone system completely sucks. One holds forever now. It's as if they have barricaded themselves

An amazing staff, Dr. K HAS THE BEST PEOPLE WORKING FOR HER THEY GO ABOVE AND BEYOND.. just amazing restores my faith in man kind, cant tell you enough. Its nice to know that you have people who really care about you ,and helping you thru your difficult or not so difficult times. 10 stars if I could.

I have an infection and the doctor doesn't even care. Literally didn't even look at my problem for more than 10 seconds before trying to get rid of me. When I told her of other problems she brushed it all off and wouldn't even check them out. Next appointment she called me for my phone appointment over an hour early just to absolutely disregard my concern and try to hurry off the phone. Doesn't seem like she actually cares for any patients, just trying to get them in and out at all costs

Me and several of my family members have been going to Bartz-Altadonna for several years. The check in nursers usually always kind and nice. There was one nurse who rudely kicked my bf out the examine room when I went for pop smear. The visit usually differs depending on the medical practicer. I've been a signed several different doctors throughout the years because most of them started working for other providers. To name a few Dr.April, Dr.January, and Dr.Kristine who I always had wonderful experiences with because they were easy to talk to and informative. I've also had a walk in with doctor Linda during the pandemic in which I had a sore throat. Which during the time check in at security was awkward cause he assumed Covid and jumped back. It came to be a regular sore throat and she was kind and informative as well. The only issues I've had going to Bartz was when I was refered to much older male doctors who come off very rude in tone and would usually make my visiting day stressful. One was doing my cognitive test who made me feel terrible as if I made up all my vasovagal issues and the other was a OBGYN who came in the room ranting and scolding me for not being on birth control. When I was just there for a regular pop smear and to check over a cyst that Palmdale Region had found during an ER visit. It really does depend on what medical practioner your seeing for the day and what staff is working but if you ever have a bad experience call and change immediately so you can get the best medical experience fit for you.

I've had problems with my dad's referral for more than 2 weeks .And they never answer .
They're slow to pick up but that's the right #.
Yes we accept medical, we have payment plans if you don't have insurance
They don't answer phone calls.
We do draw blood if you mean like drug screening yes you have to be a patient
It's not always an issue with the providers or the clinic. Most times your plan only covers certain medications, despite what we may think you need. Ask the pharmacy what they will cover then let the clinic know and we can then order it.
Be careful 3 missed appointments and they will tell you to find a new dr office and they will not be able to provide you with any type of service
I have not got my nebulizer or anything for my COPD.they refused to get my medicine.i have Medicare
Try a different doctor
Their new phone system sucks
I believe so. You will have to wait though. I would call them
Yes they accept walk ins
