I had a stainless steel utility sink in the garage (24"Wx22"Lx12" deep) that started leaking at the at the below-sink gasket of the drain assembly. I requested repair estimates on Yelp from one 5-star plumbing service company located near my home ~ 5pm one day. I got 5 responses by noon the next day and messaged back more detailed problem info and availability of pictures. I forwarded cell-phone photos of my sink, drain, and below-sink plumbing setup showing gasket area, drain pipe, T for water softener flush line and P-trap to 3 companies that did not require an onsite visit for an estimate. I spoke with reps of two companies that provided $ estimates and refined the estimate in scope discussions. Titan Bros. estimate was 35% lower than the other company. We agreed on the scope of work and parts quality and scheduled the repair for 9AM on the first day I was available (2nd day after estimate). The plumbing tech (Louie) arrived on time, efficiently performed the disassembly, replacement of the drain, tailpiece, and T, and checked for leaks within about an hour for the estimated price. I am very satisfied with the experience.

We wokel up Sunday after a 2 year remodeling of our house which was finished Friday, our main line sewer pipe was clogged to the point of our master bathroom, guest bathroom and kitchen all were not working. We called Monday morning and the young lady on the phone gave us a technician to show up at our house in 2 hours. Gino was right on time, walked the job site, gave us 2 bids one to fix and one to make it work which was hundreds cheaper but warned us it would work but it would also probably fail within a few months to possibly a few years. We went for the correct fix and pay to have it done correctly. Gino told us he would be back in an hour or so with the correct equipment and a another worker. They were right on time, again walked the property to see the clean outside and went to work. A few hours of hard work, snaking the pipes,using a camera they decided the pipes were clean enough to high pressure jet wash the pipes. When completed they sent the camera into the pipe again to check everything. They cleaned up the work area to the best of there ability. They were clean and so friendly. Great service at a fair and reasonable price. Would definitely use them again if we ever have a plumbing issue, just don't want any more plumbing problems ever. The technician was very professional, wore booties over his shoes, and explained the entire process. He did a great job. With regards to responsiveness, it was after hours when I reached out to them, but they still replied and were able to schedule me for the next morning! Overall, I loved the service and will be using them for my plumbing needs in the future.
