The climate control and staff were great. I needed a temporary storage unit as I transitioned to a new home. The price was great. The customer service was great as well. They seemed very grateful for the business. They have flat carts you can pick up in the office and borrow, which was vey helpful. The powerful air conditioner kept the entire warehouse nice and cool. That was the best. The unit is measured by cubic feet and I did notice that a 5x10 unit I had at public storage was bigger in width and length. This was the only downfall as it was a significant difference compared to their 5x10. If I need storage I will probably return to us storage. The climate control and customer service were fantastic. Also it was very clean! One last comment, is that I did only have interaction with the office so I don’t know the diversity of the entire staff. I hope that there are people of color on the staff, as that does matter to the businesses I want to support. Thank you so much Patty and David!

This is by FAR the most professional, cleanest and attentive atmosphere I have ever hoped for. Patty who is to say the least a gem and legend is AMAZING and I am elated to have chosen this spot. This is the only place I trust with my vintage auto as they make my car feel like the 1970 King of the road that he is. I can call ahead and it is washed and ready to go when I am!! The storage facility is neat, clean and the staff is phenomenal. I like that they treat every customer with respect and to standards. They follow procedures to the letter not bending for anyone asking for id’s so that carts are returned and always ready for the next customer to check out. This is the facility I always return to when I have storage needs and I even brought another friend over from his not up to par facility he was at. Way to go Valley Indoor RV!!

It depends. Inside is one rate, while outside is far less. It is approximately $16. per foot, per month for inside storage. U will need to confirm exact cost and availability for space there as they are pretty full the last I looked.
