Don't do business with this company! They have really high interest rates. You can't refinance your car, and if you want to pay it off early they still charge you the entire interest amount. Don't settle for high interest rates, and poor customer service.. Find a different finance company for you car loan.

Worst company made me do 2 payments in one month less than 10days apart they used my first payment to cover all the late fees they did it without consulting me. I explained that I couldn't do another payment and they threatened to repo my truck. I explained that I was on workers comp due to covid complications and the supervisors response was that the pandemic was over. And I had to pay that day before 6pm or else they will pick up my truck. Never missed a payment not even in 2020 , when I asked to speak with someone higher than the supervisor they always dent it.

I call in for two months asking for help to set up auto pay and the staff and upper management were rude and disrespectful to the max. Talk down to you and hang up the phone on you. And when it comes to any disability what so ever, it’s your problem not there’s! But if you get stuck with this group of people, there is one shining light and I hope I put her name right: Letty. She finely called me and helped me when no one else in the branch would....

The absolute worst experience I have ever had with a financier in my life. They use an online portal operated by a 3rd party agency. When their website is down, and you contact Sierra Credit directly, they aren't able to help you because they rely on said 3rd party for all IT issues. I contacted them alerting them that I was unable to complete making my online account, and their representative apologized and said there was essentially nothing that could be done until the site was up and running again, which was out of their control. The representative could not even offer an estimate of when the site would be fixed. Several days later I FINALLY received confirmation that my account was made and ready to be verified. I verified my account and attempted to make a ONE TIME payment online. The site froze on me. After several minutes of watching a "wheel of death" screen, I refreshed the page. My e-mail notification sound then went off on my cell phone several times. When I looked at my e-mail for my "Thank you for your payment" confirmation e-mail, I HAD FOUR CONFIRMATION EMAILS. I sent an alarmed e-mail to the customer service in charge of the payment website complaining about their faulty service, and asking for the charges to be reassessed and not removed from my account beyond the ONE payment. Every day, I monitored my bank account waiting for the charge to show as pending so I could dispute it with my bank. It never showed as pending. My account was indeed charged 4 times. No one ever responded to my e-mail. Now I have to complete a dispute form with my bank to have the funds sent back to me. This is not how I expect my VERY FIRST payment with this company to be. Going back to their website, it doesn't even show that my payment was made. I have no available payment history, no scheduled payments, no current bills. The site is absolutely useless, and CLEARLY STILL BROKEN. If you are in any position to choose your financier, I highly suggest seeking other options over Sierra Credit. I've never written such a lengthy review in my life, but losing over $1000 in one fell swoop to a company that isn't knowledgable or in control of their own payments is nothing short of traumatic, and unfortunately, my journey has only just begun.

I would suggest calling them next time! Especially during the CV19..
