Beautiful lounge. Superb on comfort, but would be more suitable for a modern audience if they provided vegan options (we were told the coleslaw was vegan and were then later horrified to discover we had eaten parmesan because staff had misinformed us?! - dangerous and careless), and if they offered usb chargers.

food selection sucks. Alcohol could be better. Shower attendants dont want to help. Its definitely not the lounge it used to be . I wish the first lounge was open again

Beverages both hot and cold were great. Salads and cold grub choice were fine. Hot food choice were not tasty. Fried noodles was worst than Panda Express. Macaroni and cheese looked horrendous. The white steamed rice was just about the only thing done right...can't wait for the Qantas First Lounge to reopen...😔😔😔

Half-decent Lounge located up on a higher level overlooking the terminal concourse. This Lounge is currently sharing access with SQ among other partner airlines, meaning that anyone with basic status can access in addition to business and other qualifying passengers. Some comfortable, albeit quite open and not quiet seating options are spread out around the area. Free fast WiFi was reliable. There is a nice, spacious outdoor area towards the back of the Lounge, past the showers, offering great views out over the apron and airside airport operations. Lounge is centrally located and close to gates which is useful. Food options were not great quality, all cold and offered very little variety from what I saw, which was a shame. Only basic snacks and few cheap, cold options were available at the time of visiting. Bar was closed unfortunately, so drinks options were limited and self-service only. Coffee machine stopped working before I was able to select anything. Not sure if this was fixed after I alerted staff and flagged the issue to them. The Lounge was quite dirty I noticed, inside and out on the deck, with litter and rubbish strewn around in areas. The limited staff I did see were mainly standing around talking to each other, apart from one employee floating by occassionally near the drinks section or another sometimes clearing plates/cups after long delays of items being left. A real contrast to Qatar's and SQ's usual offerings. Showers were available and not overly busy, but I didn't get a chance to use them this time. Very average Lounge overall. Could easily be improved with more care, attention and effort to the basics. Looking forward to SQ re-opening their dedicated Lounge in time!

Yes but it gets really crowded and rowdy. Great salad station but hot food station was like prison grub...👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻
I don't think they allow day pass
Nope... Unless things have changed in the last six months
You can access if ur are a silver and above club world member or travelling business or first class
I am not 100% sure...but to my knowledge all lounges are open 24 hrs...
When you check in with Norwegian Airlines the agent will pass you a VIP card to join the lounge. If your friends are on the same reservation, you can have them join you during the check in process. During this you time you can ask the agent to include your friends. If they booked on different reservation it might be difficult. But still, ask the agent or try your luck when you go to the lounge on the second floor.
The one I've been to at LAX is in the Tom Bradley International terminal in the middle of all the other regular terminals, which has a separate security/TSA screening than the domestic terminals, though they may have one in the domestic terminals as well...
