I inquired on an apartment in July after seeing multiple listings. The person that answered seemed annoyed and advised none were available until September. Ive seen other reviews where people were not helped and treated rudely but made to feel like they did something wrong. I believe it’s the business not the customer

Barely can reach anyone and when you do reach someone the conversation seems rushed like it is an inconvenience for them. I am going to look at different places.

I fell in love with a 1br with den apartment at Fairway Vista. I applied and waited to hear back for about a month. I checked in weekly and was told that the approving manager was out of the office and that they would let me know something as soon as they knew. I called weekly to get updates with nothing. Well, today I chose to call corporate. I'm homeless and was trying to get an answer and desperate at this point. The leasing office called me back to tell that me that someone else got that apartment almost A MONTH AGO. Instead of communicating this to me back then- I feel that they gave me the run around for a month. Apparently the day BEFORE they ASKED for the last piece of paperwork- someone else applied for that apartment. That person got approved. How was i to know that they would need that piece of paperwork when I was not informed? Why give me the run around for a month? They are offering me a 2 br with den that I cannot afford but that doesn't do me any good. I feel that this office is extremely unorganized and unprofessional. I will probably live in Frederick for the rest of my life - I will never let anyone i love work with this company. TO BE CLEAR: fairway Vista lied to me. They told me they didn't have an answer for me at all. When in fact they rented the apartment they offered to me before even asking me for the last piece of Paperwork. I have proof of this. They also never told me it was rented until I called corporate.
