Since the sale from the previous vets, this vet is much different.... attempting to pad diagnosis, bait and switch billing, unnecessary and costly testing, along with inappropriate euthenasa suggestion. When you question what's going on, this vet fires customers. Previously I met 2 customers leaving the practice, who complained about their dogs being manhandled. I'm more than happy to find a new vet. I don't recommend this Veterinary hospital who actually cares about my dog,

Very disorganized. Told me they had never given my dog this Rx before and they had been refilling it for a couple years. Refused to give me a few more refills when my Rxs ran out after I moved across country until I could find a new vet.

No we don't crop ears. I don't know of any Veterinarian in the Santa Rosa area who does, either.

Unfortunately with Covid protocols still in place, we are appointment only.
As someone who owns a lot of piggies and one rabbit, just get a pair of nail clippers for a couple bucks at the pet store. This is my vet, but I've never had them trim my piggies nails. It's something you should learn to do as part of their regular grooming.
Santa Rosa Vetinary Hospital. Over on Fourth Street. My family and I have have all taken our dogs there. Very sweet professional and helpful.
