Our aging cat was very sick when we took him to All Tails Wagging, on a Monday. This was our first visit, so they had no history with Zephyr. Our cat was extremely lethargic and in obvious pain. One of the aids immediately came out, took our information, checked Zephyr, took him to the vet, and promised to update us that afternoon. Later, Zephyr was ready to take home and we were asked to return in two days. He was much better and a second problem which another vet called chronic, but nothing to be worried about, was FIXED. This problem came to light during the initial nurses interview. During the second visit, the vet explained everything concerning his problems and the fixes. We were asked to call with an update two days later. We are extremely grateful that All Tails Wagging made time to see us even though they were fully booked. Every step was explained to us before they did anything, so there were no surprises. It was obvious, from the very first few minutes, their primary concern was taking care of Zephyr. Sheldon
