Local, not as busy. Lab, Xrays, pharmacy and medical appointments. Physical Therapy as well as pediatrician and optical appointments located here also. Parking is free which is great!

The absolute worst telephone customer service. Rude. Disrespectful. Snotty. Remind me again why I pay so much for my Kaiser insurance? I work 90 minutes away from their pharmacy - but it closes super early. They refused to allow my MOTHER to pick up my Rx without my physical ID. If only I had the ability to send my ID by owl post to her so I could get the medication that I NEED immediately.

The diabetic team at Antioch Kaiser is by all means not good at all. Go to Martinez Kaiser W.C. is the best. My husband had diabetes and our granddaughter is type 1. She is now an adult. The adult Antioch needs new Drs. Not good with follow up appt. Not good with supplies the whole nine yards. Nothing compared to the care with pediatrics which is awesome at Mtz, and W.C. much needed improvement.
Delta fair pharmacy is closed. I think diablo pharmacy closes at 5
Hours of operation are different for every location. Check with Kaiser by calling the 800# on back of your card.
Pharmacy is quieter. The Doctors start seeing patients at 1 pm. If you don't have a regular Doctor yet. Let me recommend one,who in my opinion is the most caring and very concerned about your well-being is Dr. Zhong. She's the best of the best.
