Some woman answered the phone and before I could even finish my sentence put me on hold. When she got back on i asked if I could finish my next sentence without interruption and she hung up me. Obviously not interested in good customer service 8/24 13:52hrs

Top notch staff and instruction. Improved my shooting and learned some new things. I don’t think there is a more qualified guy out there to learn from than Mitch. The Pistol 1 class was basic, but I learned some important tips. Whether you are new to shooting or not, I think you will be glad you took the class.

Purchased my first firearm this year. I was a novice prior to the training with Delta Tactical. The combined classroom and range training was exceptional. Loved that the instructors treated us with great respect, regardless of knowledge and experience. They were happy to let us try their own firearms when or if we had issues with our own. It was a very positive experience and I would highly recommend it.

I took the Pistol 1 class a few weeks ago. Our instructor was Mitch - super relatable guy who wanted us to all gain confidence and awareness for safety and each other. We were in a diverse class of 10 people - men and women, young and older..Asian, Black, White, Hispanic. I appreciated that the instruction was at a "Pistol 1" level - no egos, no arrogance. Some of us had fired a handgun before, some were completely new to it. Mitch's energy set the tone and everyone was very comfortable asking questions. My husband was very apprehensive about the class - but he was asking questions also. The range is all about safety, focus and gaining confidence. Honestly - 2 hours went by quick! Another instructor stayed on while we were there...so we were able to observe proper stance and technique and then try it out ourselves. There is even time where your are instructed to fire at the target and they observe you and give feedback. I cannot say enough OUTSTANDING things about this class, or their instructors. Absolutely will sign up for Pistol 2! I'd be there this weekend, but temps are hitting into the 100's. :(
