So this is another sad customer service bank. All the commercials say just come in and open and account at chase cafe and bank. Well the vallejo chase is not friendly or set up as welcoming as the commercials show. Bullet proof glass and a bank tell that wanted me to go online to do her job. I took the time to go in to see for my self the experience. Well nothing has changed. Just another bank with poor customer service. Wanting me to go online to open an account. I would find another bank. If this is any indication of the banks representation or customer service. I would look elsewhere.

I would give zero stars if I could. The teller refused to answer basic questions, like what is the status on my check being cashed. I asked to talk to the manager and was told that security would be called if I did not leave. Absolutely horrendous. I strongly advise you to stay away from this bank. The people here don't care about you.
