Mixed feelings with this company. One of the staff members was very kind and helpful and the other one was a grumpy man, which looks and reacts like every question you'll ask is a dumb one. The onboard WIFI we ordered for the RV was fully used in data so we could not use it. Or it will be very very slow. They refunded this of course, but it was a bummer for us. The RV itself was really great.

Para, the employee that handled my return, was very accommodating and patient. All charges were clearly explained and matched exactly what I expected based on what I was told when I picked up the RV. The RV worked perfectly and was in really good condition. Excellent experience with this company!

Great camping trip to Camp Edison by Shaver Lake. Road Bear provided the transportation again and didn't let us down one bit. Wonderful time using the RV and enjoying family fun time. We had such a blast with the RV we're seriously thinking about buying one now! Until then though we will be using Road Bear! Highly recommend for those getting into camping and RVing.
