When this bagel shop had its own store, it was terrific, Now that is doing this back-room shared kitchen thing, it is the worst. Avoid this place. The selection of bagels is smaller. You can’t see the bagels. The prices hit too high. Even if you pre-order, you will wait forever for your order to be ready — that is, if they can even find your order. So many of their old, regular customers have just left this place in disgust, shaking their heads. It’s so tragic that the owners just sank a million dollar business down the tubes and made it worthless.

Ordered a dozen bagels online to be picked up this morning at 7-7:15am. I had trouble finding parking, when I got there it wasn’t ready at 7:30. I don’t mind waiting a few minutes but these orders should be ready since I already paid- I have to get to work. I want to order from somewhere that is timely. Also- it’s so confusing having one host for 10 different restaurants. I wasn’t even sure if I was in the right spot at first. Just wasn’t good first experience. The bagels are good, a little on the small side. Nothing supee special but are good.

Was a loyal customer almost every other weekend at the original location, but just tried out their new location in colony. Absolutely horrible. Took almost 20 minutes to get my single bagel, and it's literally so small it can fit in the palm of my hand. This tiny bagel was almost $5. I should have just went next door to the new starbucks and gotten a bagel there instead. Disappointed.

Can definitely see why some people have issues with the speed of service, but the wait wasn’t terrible. If you like your bagels with a bit of color, definitely get them toasted twice (or even three times), as once is definitely not enough. Would also say the coffee is just eh, but were here for the bagels and not the coffee, right?
