This place is an absolute mockery of neighborhood values and good service. When they embarrassed customers who paid at the time and in the past always. There's no one here that's from Brooklyn son I guarantee. They'd rather throw that food out that was paid for than give it to the needy person who might have spent there last dollar on it that's a very sad state of affairs. I'm disappointed bc the food is good.

The place is cool and the people are nice but both time i've been the wait has been crazy, and ended up not receiving my bagel the first time due to them forgetting about it. (i asked for it multiple times). Finally was able to get my bagels and fried potatoes, and they were all about as dry as the sahara. Really wanted to make this spot a normal occurence since i just moved down the street but it hasn't been that great honestly.

What I appreciate its these bagels are toasty on the outside and not big or doughy. Winter morning crowd is a long wait. Order ahead to actually skip the line somewhat. Street kinda parking. I got the bacon avocado breakfast sandwich and two cheesy jalapeño bagels.

Awesome bagels - probably the best I've had on the East side. Sesame w/ Garlic was delicious. Bagel was on the smaller side but this ain't NYC and we gotta fit in our bathing suits.
