Terrible experience, first when we asked if there are any apartments to see before we make a 9 month commitment of $1746 we get told no, however that wasn’t the case because a friend of mine went through one a week later. Then when we decide not to go ahead with the application we are told the $500 holding fee would not be refunded even though we never signed a lease. The entire $500 was pulled from my account which when you apply to this complex it states only $250 will pull….. LIES!!! Not sure who in their right mind is just going to rent an apartment without seeing it but it wasn’t going to be us and not sure when an application became an agreement because if that’s the case all job applications I guess are an agreement. I have already contacted my attorney because people like this should not get away with this!!!! Good luck to anyone who rents here!!!!!

The community and our neighbors at this apartment are the only thing we liked about Exeter Apartments. Day 1, the sewer backed up and our bathtub was filled with raw sewage. When we told management, they blamed it on the previous tenants. …Mr and Mrs. Taranath, As you are aware we have had multiple emails and conversations regarding the early termination of your lease and unfortunately you are not in agreement with any of those conversations. We strive to provide all of our residents with a beautiful home and I am sorry that we did not meet your expectations. As always we wish you the best in your new home.

Rent goes up every year pandemic or not. Apartments are older and starting to show age. Siding is covered in green algae. Our roof leaks every hard rain we have lived here and its never really fixed. Had had a huge dent in the roof that had now started to leak down the walls when raining. Just wish things would get fixed and not patched. Still the best apartment complex in the area at the moment. Unfortunately new owners don't have the best reputation according to online reviews so we shall see how fast things go. downnhill
