Hi José. My brother-in-law worked there making sweets and breads and never told us any of that. On the contrary, he ate what he and the partner did. We also ate and we still shop at Tropical Bakery. I ask them where they have perfect hygiene. What I have heard of expensive and fine restaurants is terrifying. Go and buy, it's a little piece of Puerto Rico here in Reading. DLB
