The staff was amazing and so helpful. The older gentleman at the front counter really went out of his way to help us and he was so kind. The room was spotless and beautiful. The pool was also very clean.

We paid extra for a room with a jacuzzi. It turned out to be a great decision, as far as the jacuzzi itself was concerned. However, it rained in the night, and our windows leaked, which meant we were woken up hours too early by the sound of water dripping on the room's heating/cooling unit, which sounded like it was sleeting in our room. The hot breakfast was decent, but there was no bread available for toast, no muffins, and no selection of bagels—only poppy & sesame seed. On the other hand, the staff was very friendly; but I had hoped that when they heard about our trouble with dripping water in our room that an effort would have been made right then and there to make things right.

This Comfort Suites is run down but they are doing their best. There is no breakfast to speak but the staff is friendly. During the week it is a nice quite place but on the weekends this hotel is hopping. Loud parties, cigarette and marijuana smoke and lots of people running around. If you want to relive your college days I highly recommend booking a weekend stay here.

Great location in relation to my family reunion. The staff was excellent and my room was clean. The staff was very helpful. I needed an extra key to be help for my husband when he was able to join after work and they made sure he had access to the room I secured for us. I am very happy with my stay and would be happy to recommend this hotel to others!
