Yes the parking sucks. As for the staff, they're professional. You will wait but just speaking solely on how the staff are ,they're good. You can only do so much with the situations going on now. Teller was Angie. She was extremely patient with my exchange, and for that I'm giving 4 stars. Minus 1 only for parking of course but that has nothing to do with the staff.

Plan on waiting at least 5 minutes in line to be waited on by the one teller. Parking is atrocious and don't even bother venturing in on a Saturday unless you bring a lunch with you.

Horrible customer service. I’m 9 months pregnant - I came to make a deposit this morning and the teller asked me to step aside because the person behind me had his deposit ready. She assumed that mine was not. It wasn’t busy - I’ve never been treated this way.

Hello Carol I believe yes you will have to pay a percentage of the $ you spend or withdrawal. My parents just went to Europe about a month ago. What they did they exchange dollar to euros at chase 1 week before their trip with no charge since they have an account with chase. They took their costco citi bank credit card because they dont charge you no fee to use in Europe. Hope I was able to help enjoy your trip :)
