From the moment i viewed the property to rent Nicole was very rude and Michael was yelling at a tenant I would not want to be treated like that. That's really disgusting that they had a tenant having corona and none of the staff had any protection which he is right that's is neglect and in humane and irresponsible in this time of a pandemic how can someone be so irresponsible in this time. The building while touring had blood Stains in the hall way kind of scary I don't know what's going on but DEFINITELY STAY AWAY FROM THIS PROPERTY!!!!

Amazing staff! Especially Nicole, she has helped me with everything! She is always there when I have any questions! Nicole deserves something special, she has been the most helpful worker here! I still come to her with any problems! This woman is an angel and without her I might not be living in this apartment today! Overall, amazing staff and great apartments 🥰

I came in today thinking this was going to be another addition to my “no” list. I have to say the entire experience with Nicole made this an absolute “yes” list from the moment we sat down in front of her. I even found an apartment around the corner with more sq. ft. (Giant living room for my very giant couch that I can’t keep moving into Ashton) and with a cheaper price tag and all utilities included...I got a weird vibe from the landlord and I didn’t like the property manager on site at all. I want to love where I live and my neighbors are a big deal. Nicole made me feel completely comfortable and I can tell that she goes above and beyond. Every tenant that we encountered on the walk through was so happy to see her and welcomed us and/or wished us luck. They all said how amazing Nicole is, asked about her and her family, etc.. Just something very special and personal about this property and I absolutely love it. I think I would much rather live in a complex where I feel at home, all thanks to Nicole, than save a few bucks with a manager on site that makes me uncomfortable elsewhere. To whoever owns this property...give this girl a raise, buy her flowers, treat her to a spa day... I don’t know what...but you have the absolute best employee and I can’t wait to submit my application tomorrow. She’s a gem and the main reason for us picking Ashton over a few other less expensive options in the area.

We recently visited your apartment complex and are overwhelmed at the courteous office staff, particularly Garrett and Rachel. We were greeted with big smiles willingness to help! He was kind and courteous on our tour and informative and thorough showing us all the amenities and left us with no questions. She was sweet and engaging. Your apartment building is not only gorgeous and immaculate, but the amenities you offer to your tenants is spectacular. We recognize your goal to offer only the best and so appreciated it!!
