This property needs a complete overhaul. The management is very nonchalant when it comes to the residents and their concerns. They lack empathy for the residents as well. When you share your concerns about the crime in the community their response is call the police. Not let’s look into security. Cars are parked in the same spot for months are so much more. I recommend hiring professionals with experience dealing with residents and customer service. No need to respond management as I will be sharing my concerns on every website possible! Do not move here!

This neighborhood used to be amazing, but now it is a drug dealer paradise, with a new exploding population of rats, spiders and maintenance that's doesn't want to fix anything! Your car will get messed up from the insanely tiny parking spots. You have other options please explore them. So far, my husband and I have enjoyed our time here at the Assembly of Germantown. We enjoy that our apartment home has a modern look and appeal for an apartment complex that is more that two decades old. We enjoy that we are close to a college campus and stores we favorite and visit often. It's a quiet, decent, affordable community
